Reefluke and Nettle

This is a drawing that I started originally for a friend because he seemed pretty excited about it. Then the more I drew it, the more I got into it. It turned out to be fun.

These are two characters of mine, Reefluke and Nettle. Reefluke, although he looks impressive, is actually a very nice and slightly shy braviary, and not as fierce as most would think. He's terrible at landings too, so if you hear him shout out "heads up!" then you know to move out of the way. He works to help Nilla the Cinccino with her cartography in the kingdom of Minterfawn.

Nettle is a timid, shy, Murkrow. She was caught up in a rough and tumble gang that showed no mercy to those who did not obey, so she was forced to do things she's not proud of, stealing and such, but when Serafi and Co. (other characters from my friend and myself) came along and brought her out of that group, she's been serving faithfully as a courier. She's a close friend to Reefluke, who she sees as a gentle giant.
